About Us

A modern holding company for applied artificial intelligence

Integrated AI Corporation was formed to bring operating discipline, shared infrastructure and long-term capital to a fragmented AI software market.

Company History

Built by operators

The group began with a simple observation: enterprises were experimenting widely with AI, but very few had systems that reliably ran real work end to end. Our founding teams built platforms that closed that gap — automation, agents and intelligence embedded directly into operational software.

AIBoss.info and Zenka were established to serve that need in different markets. As both scaled, Integrated AI Corporation was formalised as the parent company to provide shared capital allocation, governance, security standards and an acquisition platform for future businesses.

Leadership Philosophy

Decentralised operations, centralised standards

Each subsidiary keeps its brand, product roadmap and customer relationships. The parent company sets standards for security, financial reporting, responsible AI and risk — and supplies capital, talent and infrastructure where it creates leverage.

We believe the best AI companies are led by people who understand both the technology and the operational reality of the customers they serve.

Corporate Values

What we hold ourselves to

Integrity first

We hold operating and reporting standards above short-term gain.

Customer outcomes

AI is only valuable when it changes measurable business results.

Engineering rigour

Secure, tested, observable systems — no shortcuts in production.

Long-term ownership

We build durable businesses, compounding value over decades.

Human-centred AI

Automation augments people; accountability always stays human.

Transparency

Clear communication with customers, employees and shareholders.

Innovation Strategy

Compounding capability across the portfolio

We invest in shared AI capability — model orchestration, evaluation, data pipelines and integration frameworks — so every subsidiary ships faster than it could alone. Research is applied: each initiative is tied to a customer outcome and a commercial thesis.

Long-term Vision

A global group of enterprise AI businesses

Our objective is a diversified portfolio of profitable AI software companies operating across multiple regions, supported by governance and disclosure practices suitable for public markets should we pursue an OTC listing.

Corporate Governance

Public-company discipline, applied early

We maintain board oversight, audit and risk committees, documented policies and a code of ethics. Governance materials are published in our governance centre and reviewed on a regular cycle.

Sustainability & Responsible AI

Accountable systems and responsible growth

Our responsible AI framework covers data protection, model transparency, human oversight, bias review and incident response. Environmental and social considerations are factored into infrastructure and supplier decisions.

Ethics Framework

Five commitments that govern how we build with AI

01

Lawful and fair use of data

02

Human accountability for decisions

03

Explainability where it matters

04

Security and privacy by design

05

Continuous monitoring and review
